About these terms
By placing an order with Nutri-Bear you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Orders & subscriptions
Weekly and monthly plans renew automatically. You can pause, skip or cancel at any time from your account before the weekly cut-off (Thursday 6pm).

Delivery
We deliver to selected UK postcodes on scheduled days. Someone doesn't need to be in — meals arrive in insulated packaging suitable for up to 6 hours.

Refunds
If anything's wrong with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund.

Allergies
While we take allergen management seriously, our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, soy and shellfish. Set your allergens carefully at checkout.

Prices
Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We may adjust prices with 30 days' notice.
